Proto & Loskey, LLC, Certified Public Accountants and Consultants, is a family-owned accounting firm located in the heart of Olean, New York. Founded in 1978 by Louis J. Proto, CPA, the firm has proudly served individuals, families, and businesses across Western New York and Northwestern Pennsylvania for more than 47 years.

Built on a foundation of integrity, professionalism, and personal attention, Proto & Loskey provides a full range of services including accounting, auditing, tax preparation, payroll, and business advisory services.

A Family Legacy

Today, the firm is led by Eileen Proto-Loskey, CPA, and her husband, James Driscoll, CPA, who continue the family’s long-standing tradition of trusted financial guidance. Together with Louis Proto, CPA, they bring decades of combined experience and a deep commitment to helping clients achieve lasting financial success.

Proto & Loskey operates from one of Olean’s most iconic landmarks — the former Olean City Club building. Once a gathering place for community and business leaders, the space has been restored to honor its history while providing a warm, welcoming environment for clients.
